The two types of behaviors in the classroom:
The two types of behaviors in a classroom that require the use of reinforcements and rewards include involuntary and voluntary behavior. Involuntary behavior is the act of reflexes within a physiological state which is often associated with student emotions. Voluntary behavior is the purposeful act a student may do to accomplish a goal. |
Using positive reinforcement in the classroom:
The use of positive reinforcements are critical to incorporate to encourage a students ability to achieve their greatest learning experience. Reinforcements in the classroom can be considered to be any consequence that increases the frequency of a behavior. Positive reinforces such as concrete, social, activity, and positive feedback can be used to increase a students behavior. Within the classroom the specified behavior should be established at the beginning in order for students to perform on a successful level. |
